Refunds & Returns
Since beans being sold are for human consumption and have a very narrow “Best By” period, we cannot accommodate refunds and returns on any purchases made through BeanBurds.com under the normal course of business.
As a result, customers are responsible for checking their cart and all details prior to placing their order.
With any machine or hardware purchases, we work with distributors in the UAE that normally offer 1-year warranty. Coffee Avenue Roasters does not handle any repair or manufacturing issues. Coffee Avenue Roasters will not offer refunds on equipment after the purchase is made. If there are any manufacturing issues or defects, Coffee Avenue Roasters can provide you with the contact details of the UAE distributor and will not cover any costs.
Under no circumstances can ground beans be returned.
In the unlikely event that the incorrect order is sent, coffeeavenue.ae will accommodate the return and exchange of products for the correct items. In this case, the seal of the product must be intact and undamaged. Such cases must be notified to Coffee Avenue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To return an incorrect order, please reach out to coffeeavenue.ae customer service through any applicable means of communication and we will arrange the exchange, the cost of which will not be borne by the customer.
